Night and Day Collection
The Night and Day collection is a visual dialogue between contrasts – light and shadow, softness and strength, image and text. The combination of white drawings on a black background and black text on a white background is reminiscent of yin and yang, a harmonious balance between the feminine and masculine principles. This timeless collection, created jointly by Maja Kadlečíková and Eva Špirková, brings elegance and inspiration to the space for every day.

"I wanted to hang. Like a poster. Once a lady told me: Your lyrics save my life. I have your book. Lyrics from it. Photocopied. On the fridge. I read them every morning. At that time, I had tears right behind my eyes. I tell the lady: Don't continue. I will cry. I always wanted to help like a poster."

"I turned off the light and saw things differently. The way the eyes cannot see. In the darkness and silence of the realm of dreams and fantasy. We are there. Without time and space. Our diamond. Hard, pure, transparent. Born in the dark. Subconsciously, I reached for the black medium. I connected lines, followed form. I drew what grows deeper from deeper."
